David M. Resha Elected to the Board of Directors of ShoLodge.

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 2000

ShoLodge, Inc. (Nasdaq:LODG LODG Lodge (street suffix) ) today announced that David M. Resha has been elected to its Board of Directors. Additionally, he was appointed to serve on the Board's Executive, Audit, and Compensation Committees.
