David Gutierrez Joins Chicago-Based Dresner Corporate Services as Vice President, Public Relations; Firm strengthens public relations capabilities.

CHICAGO -- Dresner Corporate Services, Inc. (DCS) announced today that it has named David E. Gutierrez as vice president, public relations.

Mr. Gutierrez joins Dresner from Rhea & Kaiser Marketing Communications, where he was associate director of public relations. While at Rhea & Kaiser, Mr. Gutierrez represented such clients as Caterpillar Inc., Evanston Northwestern Healthcare, GTR-Datastar, Millennium Carillon Foundation, Underwriters Laboratories Inc., and Westinghouse LED Lighting Systems.

Previously, he was vice president of Ryan Communications, a San Francisco-based marketing communications consultancy, and director of the eBusiness Practice for Niehaus Ryan Wong (NRW) - one of Silicon Valley's leading technology public relations agencies. While at NRW, Gutierrez serviced the agency's Enterprise Software and Services clients. He managed some of the agency's most noteworthy publicly traded clients and the high-profile launch of Covisint - a global automotive trading exchange created by Ford, General Motors and Daimler/Chrysler.

Mr. Gutierrez has created and managed several highly successful programs for a variety of organizations ranging from Fortune 1000 companies with a global presence to nonprofits and venture funded start-ups. His client experience covers a variety of industries including: automotive, business intelligence, CRM, construction equipment, content management, e-commerce, e-marketplaces, e-learning, financial services, health care, human resources, LEDs, internet infrastructure and security, procurement, product safety testing, professional services, RFID, supply chain management and telecommunications.

Recently, Mr. Gutierrez received a national PR award from the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA) for his work with Caterpillar and its sponsorship of the Drive Against Diabetes fund-raising campaign.

Mr. Gutierrez holds a Master of Science in Communication from Illinois State University, specializing in Public Relations and Organizational Communication. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Economics from Illinois State University.
