David Garrison, CEO of NETCOM, joins Traveling Software's board of directors; CEO of no. 1 Internet service provider brings Web expertise to leading remote and Internet communications software company.

Garrison joined NETCOM in February 1995 as its president and director and two months later was promoted to CEO. He strategically began expanding NETCOM's alliances and quickly began carving out a large share of the ISP market by offering innovative programs and high quality service. Garrison was appointed in March to serve as chairman of the board for NETCOM.
