David D. Koopman Joins Coradiant Inc. as VP North American Sales.

Koopman joins Coradiant with more than 20 years of experience in information technology and sales, having held executive-level positions at leading companies such as Pegasystems Inc., Telespectrum Worldwide and Reflex Technologies.

Most recently, Koopman was the national sales director, healthcare and insurance, for Pegasystems Inc., a leading provider of rules-based, Internet-architected enterprise Customer Relationship Management (eCRM) and Business Process Automation software solutions. In this role, he was responsible for launching the company's vertical sales initiative into the healthcare industry. He was instrumental in rapidly creating a sales team that established strong customer relationships between Pegasystems and several Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Shield A US not-for-profit health care insurer that is a reimbursement intermediary for physicians.
