David's solo mission; Yourview.I GENUINELY applaud David Blunkett David Blunkett (born 6 June 1947) is a British Labour Party politician and has been Member of Parliament for Sheffield Brightside since 1987. Blind since birth and from a poor family, he rose to become Education Secretary from 1997 to 2001, and then Home Secretary from 2001 to for donating his brain to further the research on dementia. I somehow think that there is little hope of fellow members following suit. They only use that particular organ to baffle the electorate and line their pockets at our expense. I further doubt if collectively there are enough brain cells in the present government to be of any use to research other than forensic science The application of scientific knowledge and methodology to legal problems and criminal investigations. Sometimes called simply forensics, forensic science encompasses many different fields of science, including anthropology, biology, chemistry, engineering, genetics, . An old Glasgow saying comes to mind and applies to the present government: "If brains were dynamite they would not have enough to create a squib for Guy Fawkes Night."
