adj.

Recognised for their large bone structure, but perhaps with shorter limbs. Wide frame. Less muscle definition, less even distribution of fat. Endomorphs respond well to power and resistance training due to their natural strength.

They can develop large muscles and can ultimately burn fat well due to their muscles' ability to increase metabolic rate. They will get the best results from more moderate-intensity cardiovascular training using weight bearing equipment and exercise options like running and power walking.

They should base their training around cross(training that combines weights and CV training in their workout plan.
