Dave Thomas, 69, founder and senior chairman of Wendy's International Wendy's International, Inc. NYSE: WEN is the parent company of Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers. It also owns 70 percent of Cafe Express and 25 percent (fully diluted) of Pasta Pomodoro. Thomas is survived by his wife of 47 years, Lorraine, five children: Pam, Ken, Molly, Wendy and Lori, and 16 grandchildren. The family has requested that memorial donations be made to:
