Dave & Buster's opens its first Manhattan store.


Newmark Knight Frank Retail, the country's premier retail real estate firm, has announced that Dave & Buster's, a Dallas-based restaurant and arcade, will be opening its first Manhattan Manhattan, indigenous people of North America

 location at 234 West 42nd Street, between Seventh and Eighth Avenues.

The popular eatery and entertainment venue, which currently has 44 locations across the U.S., took approximately 30,000 s/f in total.

"With its unique combination of great food, exotic drinks and interactive entertainment, it will become a great attraction appealing to the masses who visit Times Square on a daily basis."

Slosberg added, "I've never seen a better fit between a tenant, the market and the physical space itself; they were made for each other."
