Does she need a lawyer for this? As a powerless mother who has been witnessing her daughter's agony, I approached the family of her husband pleading them to let us know their stand to end the sufferings. They said: "Tell her (my daughter) to talk to her husband's lawyer and to sign a document in the court giving up her custody rights over her two sons aged eight and three and she will be divorced by her husband."
