Datron Systems Elects Richard W. Flatow to Its Board of Directors; Replaces Michael F. Bigham Who Resigned in December.

) today announced that Richard W. Flatow was elected to its board of directors at a special board meeting held January 29, 2001. He replaces Michael F. Bigham who resigned as director on December 4, 2000. Datron's board consists of six directors.
