Dataware Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: DWTI) today announced that, effective immediately, it will operate under the name LeadingSide, Inc. The company's ticker symbol will change from DWTI to LDSD on October 10th. The new company name reflects significant changes made over the past year to the company's business model based on new service offerings that capitalize on growing business needs.

Strengthened by a new management team, LeadingSide is an e-business solution provider that designs, develops and deploys knowledge-driven solutions to Global 2000 companies in the financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, media, high tech and professional services industries. About the New Name

The name LeadingSide was chosen to reflect the company's new vision and positioning.
