Professional services veteran selected to lead company's customer support efforts

Moss will be responsible for the development and implementation of enhanced service and support programs designed to provide ongoing technology and business value to Datatrac customers. Moss' appointment is an integral component of the company's continued growth strategy, and commitment to customer success in the courier and expedited freight transportation markets.

Moss joins Datatrac after compiling a distinguished career in the professional services and business analytics fields, including implementation, education, consulting and customer support. Most recently, Moss was founder and managing principal at The Ashtree Group, a national consultancy serving application software and technology providers, where he specialized in helping companies reengineer and grow their implementation, education and customer support practices. Prior to The Ashtree Group, Moss successfully directed several reengineering efforts that improved the overall customer experience for E3 Corporation, the world's leader in inventory management and logistics for the wholesale and retail industries. Before E3 Corporation, Moss held several appointments within Andersen Consulting's Software Solutions Group, including the management of distribution and manufacturing software and the company's Warehouse Management Solutions Group.

Moss is a native Georgian and earned a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT and a MBA from the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
