Datatrac Corporation Announces Executive Management Changes; Solutions Provider Lays Foundation for Continued Strong Growth and Technological Innovation.

Datatrac Corporation, the leading software developer and wireless communications solutions provider for the time-sensitive delivery industry, today announced a series of executive management changes at the company.

These changes include the appointment of Steve Aninye as chief technology officer, and the development of a new Product Management organization within the company, which will be led by current Vice President Andy Pardue. Datatrac also announced that Henry Dixon, the company's founder and chief financial officer, is leaving his daily role at the company at the end of March.

Aninye comes to Datatrac from Evant, Inc., formerly Nonstop Solutions, where as vice president of engineering he led the development team that built the new version of the company's flagship product, as well as oversaw a development operation responsible for new AS/400 solutions. Before joining Evant, Inc., Aninye worked for Eaton Corporation, where he was responsible for $40 million in P&L, and managed cross-functional teams in three U.S. locations.

Prior to Eaton, Aninye was vice president of engineering at Manhattan Associates, where he directed a team in developing and stabilizing n-tier versions of leading supply chain and e-commerce software solutions. Aninye also served as executive vice president and chief technology officer for Infoimage, an enterprise portal company that designed real time supply chain information systems for manufacturers.

Mr. Aninye received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nigeria. He also holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin.

In addition to Aninye's appointment, current Vice President Andy Pardue has been tapped to lead the newly formed Product Management organization within the company. Pardue's organization will chart the future role of Datatrac products and services, and be responsible for the product lifecycle of all company offerings.

This will include market requirements, product functionality, and all related eTrac integration definition with third party software providers, freight forwarders, and cartage agents. Pardue has been with Datatrac for 25 years, and was the principle engineer on the COPS and STATIS applications.

Henry Dixon, founder of Datatrac Corporation, will also depart from the daily responsibilities of his role as chief financial officer at the end of the month. Mr. Dixon founded Datatrac in 1977, and under his leadership, the company has developed many of the industry standard applications utilized today. Mr. Dixon moves on to spend more time with his family, and pursue other external interests. He will remain Chairman of the Board of Directors for Datatrac.
