 and $226,000 net income for the quarter. These unaudited results show a 57% increase in sales for 1st quarter, 2006, versus the comparable quarter in 2005, and a $341,786 increase in net income over the comparable first quarter in 2005.

The Company is in serious discussions and negotiations to significantly increase its infrastructure, including a move to a new facility, in order to service the large influx of new business."

The Company is today issuing its guidance for 2006 with sales projections of approximately $12,500,000 for the year, and a minimum of $750,000 of net income. This guidance excludes any material increase in its infrastructure, and resulting gross income, currently under negotiations, as well certain cost cutting initiatives, and financial restructuring that will result in lower interest costs, that the Company will be implementing beginning in the second quarter of 2006, which will accelerate into the third quarter of 2006.
