Mr. Bresky was most recently the company's Director of Information Technology and has played a key role in the development and strategic I.T. planning for Dataram over the past eight years. Bresky joined Dataram as Manager of Information Technology in November 1992 and became a director in December of 1995. His previous experience for companies such as Allied-Signal, Max & Newman and The Federal Reserve Board reflect more than 22 years of dedication and commitment to the Information Technology field.

As Vice-President of Information Technology, Mr. Bresky will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the main thrust of Dataram's corporate business plan for Fiscal Year 2001. This will entail upgrading Dataram's corporate wide business applications by selecting and installing a new Enterprise Resource Planning See ERP.
