Datapoint to Announce New Trading Arrangements for Its Securities.

SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 21, 1998--Datapoint Corporation today said that it is negotiating a new venue for the orderly trading of its securities and expects to make an announcement shortly, upon completion of required processes.
