 BB:DTPT) announced that it expects to make the Dec. 1, 1999 interest payment on its 8-7/8% Convertible Subordinated Debentures subordinated debenture

An unsecured bond with a claim to assets that is subordinate to all existing and future debt. Thus, in the event that the issuer encounters financial difficulties and must be liquidated, all other claims must be satisfied before

The Company expects to receive an advance against the purchase price of the European operations from Reboot Systems Inc., the purchaser, to satisfy its obligation.
