Dataplot Commences Distribution of YARC XP Servers.


NEWBURY PARK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 1998--YARC Systems Corp. (OTC/BB:YARC YARC You're Absolutely Right, Commander (military slang) ) Tuesday announced that Dataplot Zeichnen & Plotten GmbH has commenced distribution of YARC's XP Color Server.

Before taking on the YARC XP server, Dataplot has sold Fiery color servers. Dataplot intends to continue selling both product lines.

, YARC Systems Ltd., said that Dataplot has been particularly pleased with the high quality of images produced by YARC's ColorSync color management systems Software that translates the colors of an original image into the truest representation obtainable on the output device. Color management works from a profile of the output device, typically a digital printer or offset press, and works backward to the source of the material such as a .
