Datalink.net (Nasdaq:XLNK) a leading Wireless Application Service Provider (w-ASP) with patented technology, today announced the results of its annual shareholders meeting. Datalink.net shareholders convened at the corporate headquarters in San Jose, California at 2:00 P.M. PST on Monday, August 14, 2000.

During the meeting, all incumbent Directors were re-elected. The shareholders also voted to approve the increase in the number of shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of options granted under the 1996 Stock Option Plan and to ratify the appointment of BDO Seidman, LLP as independent auditors for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2001.

On the same day, Datalink.net officially ceased trading on the AMEX and began trading on the NASDAQ National Market under the symbol Nasdaq:XLNK. The move was made in order to increase the Company's visibility among its wireless competitors currently trading on the technology-heavy exchange, and the new symbol was chosen in order to represent Datalink.net's core technology, the patented Xpresslink(TM) platform.
