Datalex plc Announces Resignation of Finance Director.

DUBLIN, Ireland--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 7, 2002

Datalex (ISE Ise (ē`sā), city (1990 pop. 104,164), Mie prefecture, S Honshu, Japan, on Ise Bay. It is one of the foremost religious centers of Shinto, the site of the shrines of Ise. : DLE (character) DLE - Data Link Escape, the mnemonic for ASCII 16. ), a leading provider of technology solutions for the global travel industry, today announces that Liam Booth, Finance Director, will be resigning as he intends to pursue other business interests.

Mr. Booth will retire as a director at the company's AGM AGM annual general meeting

Mr. Booth joined Datalex in May 2000 from Goodbody Stockbrokers, where he had been Head of Corporate Finance, in order to assist Datalex's path to becoming a public company.
