: DLEXY), a leading provider of technology solutions for the global travel and transportation industry, announced today the signing of a joint marketing and sales agreement with T-Systems - a division of the Deutsche Telekom Group, Europe's largest telecommunications company - which will enable T-Systems to co-operate in the distribution and implementation of Datalex solutions throughout Germany.

T-Systems, based in Frankfurt, Germany, is Europe's second largest systems provider and is one of the four pillars of Deutsche Telekom AG along with T-Mobile, T-Online and T-Com. Focusing particularly on the sales and implementation of the Datalex BookIt! CORPORATE(TM) solution, T-Systems will also co-operate with Datalex in the distribution of BookIt! MATRIX(TM) and BookIt! CONSUMER(TM), the core components of the Datalex Internet booking engine platform.

Andreas Schuerrle, Datalex Country Manager for Austria and Germany, is optimistic about the opportunities that will be opened to Datalex by the deal with T-Systems. "The technical experience and extensive resources available within T-Systems is hugely beneficial to us in distributing and deploying our systems throughout Germany," said Schuerrle. "Its superb infrastructure will also enable T-Systems to provide hosted solutions for clients."

Built on BookIt! MATRIX(TM), the core Datalex technology component that provides connectivity with back-end host reservation and distribution systems, BookIt! CORPORATE provides corporate travel managers with an online booking solution that dynamically manages their corporate travel policy by evaluating the best itinerary options based on customized business needs, trip purpose, traveler preferences and supplier offerings.

"BookIt! CORPORATE is GDS-independent and system-independent, so it can be integrated easily into the IT infrastructure of companies. The software handles all types of fares, both scheduled and negotiated, from all GDSs without being tied into any one system," said Hans-Peter Reitze, Head of Business Development, Travel & Transport, T-Systems. "Another benefit is that corporate travel managers can work with different travel agencies and can make separate deals with different airlines and hotels."

T-Systems will also market Datalex's other corporate travel product, the Cognizer Performance Manager(TM), the travel industry's first intelligent solution for automating the analysis of corporate travel spending against purchasing strategy. Cognizer analyses and interprets real-time and historical air, car and hotel purchasing trends from virtually any inventory source - GDS GDS Global Distribution System
