TELKOM recently won a contract to operate call center services for PT Garuda Indonesia, Indonesia's flag carrier. The contract required a robust web-based application that accessed Garuda Indonesia's mainframe host system as well as the airline's loyal customer databases. The Datalex Bookit! Pro solution was the obvious answer.

Bookit! Pro, customized with assistance from Datalex's local partners, enabled access to Garuda's flight availability, passenger reservation, baggage system and Garuda's frequent flyer system. Work is currently underway to extend operators' access to the cargo system as well as integrating it to the call center's telephone system.
