Dataguard Recovery Services to change name to Strategia Corp.


LOUISVILLE, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 2, 1996--Dataguard Recovery Services Inc. announced today that the company plans to change its name to Strategia Corp.

The company also announced plans to effect a 1-for-2 reverse stock split in which every two of the company's common shares currently outstanding would be automatically converted into one new common share. Proposals to change the company's name and approve the reverse stock split are being submitted for approval by shareholders at the company's 1996 annual meeting scheduled for July 12, 1996. If approved, it is anticipated that the name change and reverse stock split would take effect on July 29, 1996.
