In its biggest acquisition to date, Datacraft will hold a 75% stake in the Japanese company with the rest held by its existing management and employees' stockholding fund. The purchase will give Datacraft access to an established portfolio of blue-chip Japanese customers, many of which have extensive operations in the Australian-founded firm's Asia Pacific region.
