Datacraft Asia Takes Over Japanese Integrator.


Singapore-listed networking systems integrator An individual or organization that builds systems from a variety of diverse components. With increasing complexity of technology, more customers want complete solutions to information problems, requiring hardware, software and networking expertise in a multivendor environment.  Datacraft Asia Datacraft Asia Limited SGX: D06 is a programming services provider based in the city-state of Singapore in Asia. It is part of the Straits Times Index of the SGX, the stock exchange of Singapore.

It is a subsidiary of Dimension Data.
 has entered the Japanese market by taking a controlling stake in Japan's NetWAVE Inc for $37.5m. In its biggest acquisition to date, Datacraft will hold a 75% stake in the Japanese company with the rest held by its existing management and employees' stockholding fund. The purchase will give Datacraft access to an established portfolio of blue-chip Japanese customers, many of which have extensive operations in the Australian-founded firm's Asia Pacific region.

Founded only two years ago, NetWAVE has still managed to secure contracts from such major multinationals as Dentsu, Sony, Nikon and NTT NTT Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation
