Built on proven Datacard technologies, the MXD Mailer system can replace multiple systems or manual steps with a single, automated process. The system reads magnetic stripes, bar codes or smart card chips on pre-personalized cards and matches each card with a data record. When accuracy is verified, the system prints a personalized carrier, affixes cards and prepares the carrier for inline envelope insertion.

Innovative features, such as the high-capacity stacker, help increase productivity as operators can perform other tasks before clearing the stacker. The new multi-card buffer module stages cards during data verification to help ensure they are placed in the correct order on the form at optimal speeds. The system also offers dual page personalization, a unique capability that significantly increases real estate on card carriers for customized marketing and branding messages.

To drive operational efficiencies, the MXD Mailer system and the latest Datacard([R]) card issuance systems utilize a common intuitive graphical user interface. As a result, issuers can add the MXD Mailer system to their site with minimal end-user training.
