Cross-listing on Nasdaq to Provide Greater Visibility in US

Technology Market

DataMirror Corporation (TSE: DMC), a leading provider of e-Business data integration and resiliency solutions, announced today that its common shares have been approved for listing on the Nasdaq National Market.

DataMirror expects its shares to begin trading on January 18th, 2001 under the symbol "DMCX." Since 1996, the Company's common shares have been listed on The Toronto Stock Exchange Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE)
