), has announced Wednesday that it has closed a special warrant offering with a group of underwriters composed of RBC Dominion Securities

The company has sold 2,000,000 special warrants of the company priced at $10.35 per special warrant. Each special warrant will be exercisable by the holder to obtain one common share of the company.

 to issue 1,600,000 common shares upon exercise of the special warrants, and four shareholders of the company have assumed the obligation to deliver 400,000 common shares to holders of special warrants upon exercise. The gross proceeds to the company from the special warrant offering is $16.560 million.
