For the current fiscal year, the Company plans to report audited financial results for the 12-month period from February 1, 1998 to January 31, 1999, and to restate its historical financial statements to present audited comparative results for the 12 month period February 1, 1997 to January 31, 1998. Quarterly results will be similarly restated, to present appropriate comparative periods for DataMirror's financial results for the interim periods of future fiscal years (three months ending April 30, six months ending July 31 and nine months ending October 31), beginning with the year ending January 31, 2000.
