DAC - Digital to Analog Converter International Inc. of Austin, TX to exclusively distribute cockpit printers manufactured by DataMetrics to the airline industry worldwide. Part of the agreement includes an initial stocking package worth $250,000, for which a purchase order has been processed by DataMetrics. The cockpit printer, DataMetrics model 4680, is part of the wide variety of airborne printer products DataMetrics manufactures. These printers are an essential element in datalink systems for the airline market place. Mr. Bertram stated that, consistent with his business plan, this alliance will allow DataMetrics to focus its direct marketing efforts on the military/defense arena, while continuing to manufacture a product for which there is significant commercial demand.
