Pursuit of Partnership Agreements With Network and Test

DataMEG Corp. (OTCBB:DTMG) announced today that their wholly owned subsidiary, North Electric Company, Inc. (NECI) anticipates receipt of a formal Request For Information (RFI) document from a major telecommunications service provider in the next several days.

The RFI relates to information, in part, relating to NECI's Network Assurance Software product.

The Company stated that the RFI will cause NECI to engage a partner in the Network Equipment Manufacturing industry, as well as stimulate a previously contemplated partnership in the Telecommunications Test Equipment industry.

NECI has been in discussions with selected companies who may be best suited to partner with them, and the Company has indicated that the receipt of the RFI will provide the impetus for these partnerships to be consummated. The net result of the success with these upcoming events is a major step in the realization of revenues and earnings for NECI.
