DataCard and Smith Hager Bajo Announce Joint Marketing Agreement.


ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 22, 1999--DataCard Corporation announced today at the annual Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society Founded in 1961, the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) is a healthcare industry membership organization exclusively focused on providing leadership for the optimal use of medical informatics technology and management systems.  (HIMSS HIMSS Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society ) Conference in Atlanta Atlanta (ətlăn`tə, ăt–), city (1990 pop. 394,017), state capital and seat of Fulton co., NW Ga., on the Chattahoochee R. and Peachtree Creek, near the Appalachian foothills; inc. 1847.  a cooperative marketing agreement with Smith Hager Bajo, a leading healthcare consultancy.

Smith Hager Bajo specializes in helping healthcare providers develop programs, facilities and strategic plans that address the healthcare needs of women and children. Under the agreement, Smith Hager Bajo will include DataCard portable patient information and patient tracking solutions in their recommendations when appropriate.

DataCard offerings covered in the agreement include the new DataCard(R) SmartRec(TM) portable patient information solution and the company's broad range of patient identification, membership and tracking solutions.
