:LPLHA)(OTCBB:LPLHB)(OTCBB:LPLHW) announced today their respective wholly-owned subsidiaries, Data Evolution Corporation and LocatePLUS, Inc., have entered into a Sales, Service and Alliance Agreement whereby each company has agreed to purchase certain mobile data capture and web-based database services from the other in a joint effort to explore and exploit various opportunities for mobile data capture and data delivery solutions in the law enforcement and homeland Security markets.

Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, LocatePLUS has agreed to purchase Data Evolution's mCapture:PowerSys suite of electronic, mobile data capture applications, which are designed to help organizations capture and manipulate data efficiently and accurately. Conversely, Data Evolution has agreed to purchase LocatePLUS's LocatePLUS Anywhere web-based, wireless information software, which provides mobile law enforcement agency's and security officers with direct access to public data. Each company will provide additional support and consulting services to the other.
