"We are working with our major customers, partners, and beta sites to transition to the new delivery date," said Robert Sowah, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. "We are fortunate that our business partners and customers understand that engineering delays can and do occur and that they remain confident that the new Clio and Cathena will create huge impacts in their respective markets."

The engineering delays also caused the Company to cancel its scheduled appearance at the 2005 National Education Computing Conference, which was held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from June 28-30, 2005.

"Our primary reason for attending the NECC NECC National Educational Computing Conference
