NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 3, 1996--Dassault Systemes S.A. today established a sponsored American Depositary Receipt sponsored American Depositary Receipt

An American Depositary Receipt in which the company whose shares are held in custody has direct involvement in issuance of the ADRs.
 (ADR ADR - Astra Digital Radio ) program in conjunction with a public offering of 3,613,950 American Depositary Shares American Depositary Share (ADS)

Foreign stock issued in the US and registered in the ADR system.
 (ADSs).

Each ADS represents one share of common stock of the company. The ADSs are quoted on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol "DASTY".
