Darwin Networks will use its proven DSL and wireless technology to equip six apartment complexes in Spokane and two in Boise with guaranteed high speed Internet access. Darwin's technology allows its users to simultaneously use their telephone lines and browse the Internet at up to 100 times the speed of a conventional modem. Additionally, Wolff's Internet users will have exclusive access to Darwin-designed intranet micro-communities, which allows residents to better communicate with management and one another, and for Wolff to more efficiently market their properties to prospective residents.
