Agreement Outlines Strategic Relationship for Providing Turnkey

Networking and Content Services to Apex-Managed Properties

(Nasdaq: SITE). The partnership will allow Darwin to offer networking and content services, including community content portals, virtual private networks and LAN/WAN LAN/WAN Local Area Network/Wide Area Network  connectivity, to the nationwide portfolio of Apex-managed properties.

Within Apex's 14,000-combined site portfolio, it manages the telecommunications rights of over 2,200 multi-tenant offices and flex buildings with more than 250 million square feet and 31,000 tenants.
