Agreement Outlines Strategic Relationship for Providing Turnkey

Networking and Content Services to Apex-Managed Properties

Darwin Networks, a leading high speed Internet access and network solutions provider, today announced a strategic business relationship with Apex Site Management, Inc., a subsidiary of SpectraSite Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SITE). The partnership will allow Darwin to offer networking and content services, including community content portals, virtual private networks and LAN/WAN connectivity, to the nationwide portfolio of Apex-managed properties.

Under the terms of the agreement, SpectraSite will offer SingleSource, a complete turnkey service including all project and construction management services, on mutually agreed upon properties. SingleSource is the broadband network development solution offered by SpectraSite and Apex. The SingleSource offering provides project and construction management capabilities for network implementation. SingleSource includes the development of infrastructure, common space and/or shelters that will be owned by SpectraSite or Apex. This new offering has been developed specifically for the broadband industry.
