Darwin Grey Hires Med Ed Expert as Managing Director; Drive to Be Leading Medical Education Provider in Europe.

NEW YORK & LONDON -- Darwin Grey Communications, the UK-based division of Grey Healthcare Group (GHG), announced that Richard Evans, a leading expert in global medical education, has joined the company as Managing Director. Evans has been tapped to lead Darwin Grey's ambitious growth strategy and to oversee the expansion of GHG's medical education franchise in continental Europe. Evans joins with an extensive background in med ed and more than 15 years of experience working for major pharmaceutical firms in the international med ed area.

Before joining Darwin Grey, Evans was Commercial Director of Gardiner-Caldwell Communications London and member of the Gardiner-Caldwell Group Senior Management Committee, part of the Thomson Corporation, where he was one of the key drivers for business growth and strategy development over a 12-year period.

Prior to Gardiner-Caldwell, Richard held various posts within the medical education and pharmaceutical industries.
