Dark Dynamite Surges Into Unorthodox Marketing; Full Throttle.

SALT LAKE CITY -- Dark Dynamite Inc. (OTCBB:DRKD) announces the opening of its new marketing department and several other developments.

Jamie Dalley takes the helm of Dark Dynamite's marketing and has initialized plans to expand the sales and distribution of Dark Dynamite's vast product dossier. Dalley holds two international MBAs, one from France's prestigious RMS (Reims Management School of Business) and the other from Dublin's progressive DCU (Dublin City University). Her initial actions were to develop relationship marketing by setting into motion an e-procurement system for retailers. The initial stage of this process is the launching of a convenient and more accessible way to obtain retail stock. Black Chandelier and Pink Chandelier will now use this encrypted e-commerce Web site to make for a simple and efficient way to expand the market base. As the scope of Dark Dynamite's products increase, this method will be crucial in reaching target markets and other retail demographics that do not have the funds, buying power, or time to visit showrooms and sales reps. The encrypted wholesale site, as well as Dark Dynamite's promoted product sites, are currently being translated from English into six languages: Japanese, Cantonese, Portuguese, Spanish, Russian and French.

Dark Dynamite is also pleased to announce the opening of its activewear division, "Life of the Knife." The project will be headed by Andy Pitts, a professional skateboarder with six years of hard-goods design experience as well as extensive distribution and marketing background in the intense skate and snowboard ring. Sales for this division are expected early first quarter 2005.
