Dark Dynamite Announces Market and Shipping Dates.

SALT LAKE CITY -- Dark Dynamite (OTCBB: DKRD), an eccentric lifestyles company, announces its initial operations with the clothing labels Black Chandelier and Pink Chandelier. The fashion label Black Chandelier, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dark Dynamite, has signed a lease with Wasatch Capital in Salt Lake City for a 3,500-square-foot studio space in the landmark Bennet paint and glass building.

Black Chandelier has hired its entire design room staff and has completed preliminary negotiations with Authentic Concepts, a 12,000-square-foot facility employing 60 sewers, cutters and finishers, located in Provo, Utah. Authentic Concepts has manufactured clothing for large firms such as Levi's, Nike (NKE), Ocean Pacific, and North Face, as well as having in-house computerized embroidery capabilities, a shipping department, and cutting room.

Pink Chandelier a d.b.a. of Black Chandelier has completed the design work for its Fall 2004 Immediates. The market for these goods begins on Sept. 5 at the Los Angeles Market and the ship date is Oct. 31, 2004. Revenue from this collection is expected as early as Nov. 15, 2004. Patternmaker Janet Anderson, a professor of pattern making and fashion illustration at a local design program, has had in-depth experience with children's wear and has developed many private label groups for department stores such as Meier and Frank. Anderson has been retained and has commenced the pattern and sample making for the Pink Chandelier group. Sales samples are slated for completion and final fit on July 31, 2004.

Black Chandelier has completed the design research for its Fall 2004 Immediates and is currently in the stages of completing all screen print artwork. The collection is slated for sales beginning as early as Aug. 15 at the New York Market. Graphics designer Matthew Stevens has been retained to assist the design group with the completion of the massive illustration and graphic work for this collection. Christopher Larson, a graduate of The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles, has been retained as an assistant to the designer Jared Gold. Larson has begun research work for the Spring 2004 Black Chandelier Collection; design work for this collection began on July 6, 2004.
