Darcy Immerman named vice president at EUA Cogenex.


LOWELL, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 1995-- Darcy L. Immerman has been elected Vice President of Business Development for EUA EUA Examination under anesthesia, see there  Cogenex Corp. She had been the company's Sales Director since August 1993.

In her new position, Immerman creates the strategies to drive Cogenex's energy services business and assists in determining the markets which Cogenex should pursue.

Immerman, of Scituate, Mass., joined EUA Cogenex as a consultant in 1992 from M.L. Systems, the former lighting division of ALCOA. She has been a sales professional for 15 years.

She is an Overseer of the Museum of Fine Arts Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, chartered and incorporated (1870) after a decision by the Boston Athenaeum, Harvard, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to pool their collections of art objects and house them in adequate public galleries.  in Boston, where she previously served as an appointed Trustee and Chair of the Museum Council.
