Danubia Global Response to Wallstreet Journal Article.

BUCHAREST, Romania -- An article was recently published by The Wall Street Journal in which certain assertions were made or implied in regards to Danubia Global Inc.

Mr. Bogdan-Valentin Bichir, Director of Operations of the Bucharest office of Danubia Global Inc., responded today to these assertions and statements. He said, "The report is inaccurate. There is no business relationship between Danubia Global and Windmill International Ltd. (USA) nor between Danubia Global and Custer Battles LLC (USA)."

As reported in the article, Mr. Hanford Johnson, Chairman of Windmill International Ltd., acknowledged that Windmill International Ltd. had strongly considered buying Danubia Global but never finalized the purchase. It is true, according to Mr. Bichir, that there were "serious negotiations" underway last year between Danubia Global and Windmill International Ltd. "But in the end," noted Mr. Bichir, "nothing happened and the two companies parted ways. Despite talks over several months, there was no sale to Windmill International Ltd. of any interest in Danubia Global. To this day, Danubia Global is a completely independent company with no ties whatsoever to Windmill International Ltd."

The article further reports, "Custer Battles continues to operate in Iraq under a different name". If the implication of this statement is that Danubia Global Inc is the "different name," Danubia Global denies and rejects this assertion. Mr. Bichir confirmed that "Danubia Global is an independent operating company with no ties to Custer Battles LLC. Any assertion otherwise is wholly inaccurate. While it is true - as occurs often enough when one company buys an operation from another - the buyer retains the experience and skills of some key personnel during the transition, there has since then been a huge turnover of staff in Iraq with an entirely new set of senior managers."
