Danny Bonaduce to Co-host Morning Show On Los Angeles' Star 98.7 - Morning Show To Be Simulcast on KALC-FM in Denver and KKXX-FM in Bakersfield.

STAR 98.7 KYSR-FM in Los Angeles, an AMFM Inc. (NYSE: AFM) station, today announced that Danny Bonaduce, the famed radio personality, former television talk show host and actor, will join its new morning show The Jamie & Danny Show weekday mornings from 5:00 to 9:00 a.m., beginning Wednesday, September 15th.

Jamie White, who will serve as co-host of the new show, had previously hosted Star 98.7's morning show with Frosty Stillwell and Frank Kramer, both of whom will remain part of AMFM's programming arsenal and on-air talent pool.

Mr. Bonaduce has established himself as one of radio's most entertaining and amiable personalities. Most recently, he was the morning show host at AMFM's WTJM-FM (formerly WBIG-FM) in New York. Prior to New York, Mr. Bonaduce built a loyal following as the morning show host at WKQI-FM in Detroit, helping it to become one of the area's top-rated stations. Additionally, Mr. Bonaduce was the afternoon drive personality at WLUP-FM "The Loop" in Chicago, where after starting as host of the overnight show, he rapidly advanced through the line-up to The Loop's afternoon drive-time slot. His radio career before The Loop included stints at WEGX-FM in Philadelphia, where as part of the morning team he helped maintain the station's top-rated status, and at KKFR-FM in Phoenix.

Mr. Bonaduce is probably best known for his role as Danny on The Partridge Family. His show business career began at the age of four when his parents moved from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles and began writing for television (his father wrote episodes for The Dick Van Dyke Show, All in the Family and Good Times). He appeared in shows written by his father for The Ghost and Mrs. Muir and The Andy Griffith Show, and then at the age of ten, he beat out hundreds of kids for the role of Danny Partridge, and 70s history was made. Danny's other television appearances includes roles on the show Fantasy Island. After guest visits on the talk show circuit with Oprah, Regis & Kathy Lee, Sally Jesse Raphael, Joan Rivers, Geraldo Rivera and Maury Povich to discuss his experiences growing up as a child celebrity, Mr. Bonaduce eventually hosted his own syndicated television talk show, Danny!
