Danka to Outsource U.S. IT Infrastructure to IBM; Agreement Part of Effort to Achieve Vision 21 Cost Reductions.

Danka Business Systems PLC (Nasdaq:DANKY) today announced an agreement to outsource its U.S.-based IT infrastructure to IBM Global Services IBM Global Services is the world's largest business and technology services provider.
