:DANKY) (the "company") Thursday announced the following acquisition and retention of Ordinary shares by executive officers, pursuant to the partial exercise of share options.

On May 3, 1995, Daniel M. Doyle acquired 500,000 Ordinary shares (125,000 ADS equivalents), at an exercise price of 0.125 Pounds Sterling per share. Also on May 3, 1995, David C. Snell Snell , George 1903-1996.

American geneticist. He shared a 1980 Nobel Prize for discoveries concerning cell structure that enhanced understanding of the immunological system, resulting in higher success rates in organ transplantation.
 acquired 133,332 Ordinary shares (33,333 ADS equivalents), at an exercise price of 0.4458 Pounds Sterling per share. These options were acquired through their employment with the company.

Both executive officers have informed the company that they are acquiring these shares for investment purposes, and have no present intention of selling them.
