Danka and WorldCrest Join Forces to Provide Office Imaging Products; Danka Offers Pre-Configured Office Imaging Products Through WorldCrest's Electronic Catalogs.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 28, 2001

Danka Business Systems PLC (Nasdaq:DANKY), one of the world's largest independent providers of office imaging equipment, announced today that it will provide imaging solutions for WorldCrest, an enabler of online e-procurement for indirect goods and services In economics, economic output is divided into physical goods and intangible services. Danka will deliver analog and digital imaging solutions through WorldCrest's private marketplace. WorldCrest members will be able to use electronic catalogs to purchase Danka's imaging products through the WorldCrest Commerce Engine, or their existing e-procurement systems. WorldCrest's member-specific catalog catalog, descriptive list, on cards or in a book, of the contents of a library. Assurbanipal's library at Nineveh was cataloged on shelves of slate.
