Danka President To Retire; Company Also Appoints New Chief Growth and Marketing Officer.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 13, 2002

Danka Business Systems PLC (Nasdaq:DANKY) today announced the forthcoming retirement of Brian L. Merriman, president and chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
