Danka Office Imaging Chosen as Preferred Supplier for Philips Electronics North America; Agreement Includes Copiers, Faxes and Corollary Services.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 6, 2001

Danka Business Systems PLC (Nasdaq:DANKY) today announced an agreement with Philips Electronics North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere.  Corporation, a unit of Royal Philips Electronics of the Netherlands, a global leader in consumer electronics, lighting, domestic appliances domestic appliance domestic nappareil ménager  and personal care products, medical equipment, semiconductors and components.
