Danisco A/S and Nordea Securities Oyj Have Today Entered Into an Agreement.

STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 12, 2001

Danisco A/S and Nordea Securities Oyj have today entered into an agreement where it is aimed that the bid price of Danisco FDR listed on the HEX Helsinki Exchanges Helsinki Exchanges (HEX)

The Helsinki Exchanges (HEX Ltd., Helsinki Securities and Derivatives Exchange and Clearing House) was formed at the beginning of 1998 following the merger of the Helsinki Stock Exchange Ltd. and SOM Ltd.
 will reflect as closely as possible the prevailing DKK DKK

In currencies, this is the abbreviation for the Danish Krone.
