Pamela recently won her prize through the Lottery's HARLEY-DAVIDSON(R) USA instant ticket second-chance drawing. Fout second-chance drawings were conducted by the Lottery as part of the HARLEY-DAVIDSON(R) USA instant game promotion.

She will receive her motorcycle Friday, November 2, 2001, during a special presentation at 11 a.m. at Blocker Enterprises, Inc., located on Route 248, Parryville, Carbon County. Presenting Mrs. Romanishan the keys to her new Harley will be the Lottery's Director of Public Relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most  Sally Danyluk, assisted by District Lottery Representative Sam Melle.
