 announced today that Daniel J. Ward has agreed to join the firm as a Managing Director in the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions Investment Banking Group. Mr. Ward will be based in New York and will report to Cary Kochman and Jeff Raich, Co-Heads of Mergers & Acquisitions in the Americas.

Mr. Ward will be responsible for M&A work primarily in the energy sectors.

Mr. Ward will join UBS from Deutsche Bank Deutsche Bank AG (IPA: /'dɔɪ.tʃə/[1]) (ISIN: DE0005140008, NYSE: DB) (English: German Bank  where he is responsible for M&A in the energy, utility and chemical sectors. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Ward had been with Morgan Stanley To comply with Wikipedia's , the introduction of this article needs a complete rewrite.  in their M&A group.
